Jim Fay

Jim is a Beacon Hill fixture and one of the city’s most experienced managers of historic properties, having worked at Street & Company for nearly 40 years and being responsible for the management of a diverse portfolio of buildings in Beacon Hill, Back Bay, Cambridge, Charlestown, and more. His experience has provided him with intimate knowledge of the intricate and delicate situations unique to Boston real estate, and he enjoys positive working relationships with owners, vendors, tenants, and city officials. An owner and landlord himself, Jim is known for treating people with respect and his ethos permeates the office.
