Street & Company utilizes a deep network of dependable maintenance workers, contractors, and tradesmen, in addition to enjoying good working relationships with city officials. Large scale maintenance and capital improvement projects are always supervised by Street & Company every step of the way to ensure a smooth process for the duration of construction. Street & Company charges a fixed annual fee that is paid in monthly installments, assuring our interests are aligned with those of our clients.
