Jim Fay III

Along with his brother Mike, Jim is a second generation employee of Street & Company.  A Boston College graduate and Eagle Scout, Jim is an experienced agent who comes to real estate by way of advertising agency Hill Holliday, where he worked in account management for international brands in the casual dining and outdoor apparel sectors.  He brings this fast paced mindset and marketing insight to his work, and has helped numerous owners, renters, and businesses navigate the Boston real estate market.  Jim also works directly with Street & Company’s property managers to aid and assist in the company’s management division, giving him a well rounded perspective.
